PREMIER URGENT CARE accepts most major insurance plans and we will file all claims on your behalf. Premier is in-network with nearly 60 different insurance plans. All of our in-network affiliations are listed by state below.
When you arrive, remember to bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card. You will be responsible for your copay or deductible at the time of service.
For your specific copay, coinsurance, or deductible information, please contact your insurance plan’s member services. Due to the variation in plans, our billing staff cannot tell you the exact amount of your out-of-pocket cost. Out-of-pocket cost is dictated solely by your insurance plan.

Premier is a very affordable urgent care alternative for patients who do not have health insurance. Our fixed self-pay fee schedule is simple, with no hidden fees. You know exactly what you are spending when you walk in the door.
